I am using a professional printer. Can you provide files with bleeds?

There are times when your business will have a special project that requires a professional printer. Your Bragg Media designer is here to help you!  Here are a few tips to keep in mind when managing this type of design request:
  1. If your project is on a deadline, then be sure to find out what your printer’s turnaround times are before starting the project. If you miss their deadline, then that means your project might have to wait until they are freed up. It’s also a good idea to add extra “just-in-case” time for potential errors in printing or other unexpected delays.
  2. Print size and file format matters. Be sure to gather all of the information on your printer’s requirements. This includes whether or not fonts need to be embedded, file size dimensions with bleeds (if there are any), DPI or resolution, CMYK settings, etc.
  3. Proof your document thoroughly. Double and triple check spellings, website address, phone numbers, etc. There’s nothing worse than a print product with the wrong information!

What does Bragg Media need from me to create the design I am envisioning?

Bragg Media’s designers are only as good as the information we receive. Here are some best practices to ensure your design isn’t just good, it’s great. Pro Tip: The most effective way to communicate with your project manager is through the Client Portal. You can learn more about how to submit a design request here.  First, give us good details about your design project. There is no such thing as too much information. Avoid vague terms, such as “I’ll know it when I see it.” While your subscription comes with unlimited revisions, you’ll end up spending your month on less design projects. Our goal is that you have the creative deliverables that you need to be a success.  We need specific information so you can get the most value from your design subscription. Here are some questions to consider:
  • Who is your target audience?
  • What design style do you love?
  • What design style do you hate?
  • What colors work for your brand?
  • What kind of typography makes sense for this project?
Second, give us some examples of what you like. Send us links, screenshots or other files that showcase designs you like. Be prepared to explain what you like about the samples and why. Third, don’t forget to upload any photos, logos or other design elements that you have. If you need stock photography, we use copyright free images. Let us know what type of images are appropriate for your particular project. On the design request form, there’s a field where you can provide direction on how we should use your media assets.

What is the difference between the Baseline Subscription and the Advanced Subscription?

Bragg Media’s Baseline graphic design subscriptions connect you with a dedicated graphic designer to create up to 10 projects. The Baseline package at $386 per month includes static creative deliverables only — including:
  • Display Ads
  • Email Header Graphics
  • Social Media Quotes
  • Facebook Ad Graphics
  • Instagram Graphics
  • Print or Digital Brochures
  • Stickers
  • Sales Sheets
  • Fliers
  • Lite Photo Editing and Manipulation
  • Minor Changes to your Existing Logo
  • Simple Infographics
  • Simple Illustrations
  • Fillable or Interactive PDFs
The Advanced package at $895 per month includes the same creative work as the Baseline package, along with:
  • Non-trademarked logos and branded collateral
  • Advanced Infographics
  • Google Slide Deck Presentations or PowerPoint Presentations
  • 3-5 Second Animated GIFs
  • A 1-2 business day turnaround

Bragg Media’s graphic design subscriptions do not include the following:

  • Video Graphics
  • Complex Illustrations
  • Digital Painting
  • Website and App Design
  • 3D/CAD
  • The design subscriptions do not include writing or campaign creation.

How Many Projects Do Bragg Media Graphic Design Subscriptions Include?

Bragg Media’s graphic design subscriptions offer an affordable option for professional graphic design. The subscriptions include up to 10 projects per package with unlimited revisions. Your designer will only work on one design project at a time.  You can send several design requests at a time. The project manager will review each request and add them to your queue. Once a design project has been approved by you in the portal, we will work on the next project. We depend on good communication from our clients to tell us which projects are a priority. With the design subscriptions, you could expect the following in one month:
  • 6-8 social media graphics
  • 1 print advertisement
  • 1 double-sided flier with a lot of information
  • 2-4 lightly edited photos, such as background removal
  • 1 Google Ad with different sizes

What file types can I have?

Need the native design files? No problem! Choose .png, a standard .pdf, .jpg, a PhotoShop file (.PSD), InDesign files (.INDD), Illustrator file (.AI). We also can use your Canva account as well.

*Includes static creative deliverables such as fliers, advertisements, editing existing logos, social media graphics, advertisements and more

What if I need to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel your account, you will continue to have access to the graphic design subscription services and the Client Portal through the end of the paid billing term.

Once your account is officially cancelled (when the paid billing term ends), you will no longer have access to the portal. All the files associated with your portal account will be deleted. Before you cancel your account, download all of your files. Cancelled accounts also will not have the ability to submit a design request or a design revision. 

If you change your mind and decide to reinstate your account after it has been cancelled, you will be charged a $100 reactivation fee. Not sure what to do? Learn more about placing your account on pause.

How Do I Sign Up For Bragg Media’s Graphic Design Subscriptions?

Getting started with Bragg Media’s graphic design subscriptions is easy!
  1. Visit our pricing page. Choose between the Baseline and Advanced subscription package.
  2. Sign up with a unique username and password.
  3. You’ll start the onboarding process on the Bragg Media Client Portal immediately — sign the agreement, enter your billing information, watch a video and — BOOM! — you’re ready to get started.
  4. Login to Bragg Media’s Client Portal and fill out a work request form.
  5. Once your request is ready to rock n’ roll, you’ll receive an e-mail notification to check the portal for downloadable files and to approve or reject the request. You’ll have an opportunity to provide ample feedback.
  6. Have a problem? Simply message your project manager through the Client Portal.

How does the design subscription process work?

Once you submit a design request, your project manager will review all of the information.You will receive a message through the portal with confirmation that your design request has been turned into a project. Your project manager may message you with questions regarding the project or request files if necessary. Turnaround times for when you will receive a proof varies. If you have the Baseline Subscription, the turnaround time is 2-3 business days. If you have the Advanced Subscription, the turnaround time is 1-2 business days.

When a proof is ready for your approval ...

You will receive an e-mail from the Client Portal. The project manager will assign you a task to approve or reject the project with a deadline of 1 business day.

You must respond to this task in order to move to the next phase in the project’s development.

If we don’t hear back within 1 business day, you’ll receive an automated e-mail reminder from the Portal. If it takes even longer, the project manager also will send you a reminder. Until you respond to the approve or reject task, your design project and your subscription will be stuck in limbo.

You can create new design requests in the portal while other projects are pending. However, the new design requests will sit in the queue until the previous design project has been completed.

If you decide to cancel the design project at the approve or reject phase, simply message your project manager in the portal to let them know. Once the project has been cancelled, we’ll move on to the next project.

When a design project is ready to go ...

When a design project has been completed, all of the files you need for the project will be uploaded into the specific project folder in your portal.

Do you offer social media management?

Yes! We have a variety of marketing retainers that can be customized for your unique needs. Typical packages include:
  • creating content for various social media channels
  • designing graphics that are brand appropriate
  • executing short videos using your videos and stock
  • managing social media advertisement campaigns
  • measuring results with a monthly marketing report
  • meeting with you monthly

Social media retainers start at $820 per month.
